In your confirmation email you will receive a link to our health form, which we kindly ask you to complete prior to your booking.

At Ōpuke Thermal Pools and Spa we value your health and wellbeing, so if you have any underlying health concerns or are currently receiving any treatments, please contact us to see if our treatments are right for you.

Guests who are 16 years and above are welcome to enjoy our spa treatments. Guests aged 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal caregiver. If you look under 25, we will ask to see your ID at check-in (even if you are visiting with a parent). We are only able to accept the following forms of ID: NZ Driver Licence, Passport or Hospitality NZ 18+ Card/Kiwi Access Card.
