Tai Chi Tuesday

Discover the power of mindful movement in a safe, fun environment at Tai Chi Tuesday in the Discovery Pools.

Led by Pete van den Heuvel, these guided 30 minute sessions offer an enjoyable way to experience the many health benefits of Tai Chi, from improved balance and flexibility to reduced stress and enhanced wellbeing.  Suitable for all ages and abilities, it’s a gentle, welcoming way to move, breathe and feel revitalised.

Event held on Tuesdays between 10 – 31 March. Starting at 10.30am. Book the 10am session to participate.
