1. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of New Zealand, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Ōpuke Thermal Pools & Spa, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry
To enter, participants must complete the form on the giveaway page. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 29 May 2025 and closes at 5pm, 19 June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize
The winner will receive the new experience for themselves and a guest to enjoy together. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted via email within 10 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner may be selected.

6. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to have their name and entry used in promotional material by Ōpuke Thermal Pools & Spa, including social media and website content.

7. Data Collection
Personal information submitted as part of the entry will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. General
Ōpuke Thermal Pools & Spa reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
