HEAD CHEF

We are looking for a Head Chef who can lead our kitchen to success with our vision of healthy cuisine made from the finest local produce.

If you are someone that can lead a kitchen team to deliver an exceptional offering for our guests to enjoy, we want to hear from you.

If you have the following skills/attributes

- Someone that is ambitious and wants to stamp their mark on the hospitality scene. 
- Likes to keep up to date on knowledge of food trends and ability to translate ideas into amazing dishes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, manage, and train staff with empathy.
- A strong work ethic with a can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Great attention to detail and a desire to work to the highest standards.
- Be well versed in controlling costs and minimising waste, while maintaining exceptional hygiene practices and effective Food Control Plans.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a quality establishment.

BEAUTY/MASSAGE THERAPISTS

Come and add value to our world class, unique spa doing what you love, while giving our guests an experience they will never forget and want to share with the world.

We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working in a beautiful spa environment that fits with our sustainability practices.
- Loves to provide therapeutic massages, beauty treatments and wellness therapies that meet the needs and preferences of our guests and deliver a spa experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- Will explain and use our beautiful products that treat our customers to a relaxing experience.
- Is flexible and will lend a hand wherever needed.

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we require our staff to be available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
