We have exciting opportunities to join our World Class team as:
Senior Lifeguard - Full time Position
Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests are having a great time using our facilities whilst overseeing their poolside safety at all times. This is a role that requires superb attention to detail, excellent observation & people skills. Lifeguarding experience as well as a current Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate (PLPC) is preferred, but training will be provided for the right people!
Working within a fun and vibrant environment our lifeguards make sure they bring 100% of themselves to work every day and contribute to the overall experience our guests will come to expect. In return we offer great rates of pay and fantastic staff benefits.
This role is full time, and you will need to be flexible to work during our busy times including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Key responsibilities
- • Managing the day-to-day Lifeguard team on poolside – ensuring the poolside team is effective and everything runs smoothly.
- • Reports to Operations Team Leader.
- • Develop an understanding of the plant room and its relevant systems over time.
- • Maintaining constant surveillance of customers and acting immediately and appropriately in the event of an emergency.
- • Promoting water safety to our guests
- • Managing, responding, and reporting all incidents and hazards.
- • Maintain cleanliness and order in all aquatic areas, including regular water testing.
Lifeguards - Full time, Part time, & Casual Positions

Spa Therapist - Full time, Part Time and Casual Positions

As part of a new team, you will help define our Spa's reputation for premium levels of luxury, relaxation, and service. You'll be providing guests with a genuinely warm welcome, professional consultations and a comprehensive range of therapeutic massages, beauty treatments and wellness therapies. Calm, warm and empathetic, you’ll also have outstanding communication and time management skills.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment and are well practiced at providing a level of service that will consistently exceed the expectations of our guests and the Ōpuke team. You will need to be flexible to work during our busy times including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
