Operations Team leader

Love leading teams and creating great vibes at work? We’re on the lookout for an Operations Team Leader to support our amazing Lifeguard crew and help deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests at Ōpuke.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and supporting our Lifeguard team
• Keeping our guests safe while they relax and enjoy
• Overseeing pool systems, water treatment, and general maintenance
• Managing health & safety, compliance, and pool chemicals
• Being a key part of our day-to-day operations
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is a natural leader with great people skills
• Loves variety and getting stuck in
• Has experience in a similar role (or ready to step up!)
• Is safety-focused and detail-oriented
• Brings positive energy and a team-first attitude

We’re looking for people with:
- Sharp attention to detail and great people skills
- A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate (or willingness to gain them)
Our lifeguards work in a vibrant, friendly environment and play a key role in delivering the outstanding guest experience Ōpuke is known for. Flexibility is important, as shifts include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

We’re searching for a Chef De Partie to become part of our passionate and close-knit kitchen team.
